tattoo spells are hand-poked tattoo rituals with essence-infused ink. essences are energetic imprints of flowers, plants, minerals, environments + astrological events captured in spring water + infused with time, intention and the sun/moon. water is a powerful vessel for this essence energy. when combined with the ritual of tattooing we can create a spell to enhance the meaning of your tattoo. all of the essences i use are either made by me or by friends/herbalists whom i trust.
depending on what you are seeking, in addition to collaborating on choosing your essences, a ritual can involve an herbal tea, tincture +/or potion, pulling oracle + tarot cards, + altar-building. feel free to bring anything to the altar that will enhance your spell. if desired i can send you home with a bottle of your personalized essence blend after your tattoo! i love the potent energy exchange of ritual tattoo + i can't wait to make a magical moment with you xoxo
